Cable Unwinding & Cutting

Precision and repeatability from the first meter

We use fully automated Komax Kappa machines for cable unwinding and cutting – designed for processing copper wires (stranded and fine-wire) and fiber optics up to 8 mm in diameter.

These machines allow programmable control of cable length, insulation removal and feeding parameters. The result is consistent cutting quality, minimized material waste, and reduced need for downstream manual trimming.

We utilize interchangeable feed systems adapted to cable type and diameter, enabling quick changeovers between orders. Automatic feed and collection can also be integrated into the next stages of production.

Cable Stripping

Precision stripping – layer by layer

We perform cable stripping using semi-automatic Komax Kappa and Schleuninger machines equipped with both V-blades and rotary blades. These systems allow selective removal of specific insulation layers, including outer jackets, dielectric layers, and shielding, with controlled depth and stripping length.

The process is fully programmable, ensuring repeatability and protection of conductor integrity, even with complex cable geometries. We work with a wide range of diameters and multi-layer constructions.

Sequential stripping is available for advanced cable designs, enabling multiple stripping steps in one operation without manual repositioning or retooling.

Crimping of Ferrules and Pins

Consistency, reliability and crimp force control

We use automated Mecal crimping heads for processing ferrules and pins from reel-fed terminals. Our equipment handles brass, copper, tinned and other material strips in various diameters, matched to the conductor cross-section and application.

The process is carried out with high precision and controlled crimp depth and pressure, ensuring consistent mechanical and electrical quality. Depending on the production type, we offer both automatic and semi-automatic crimping options.

For short runs and non-standard configurations, we also operate a wide selection of manual crimping tools and benchtop stations, allowing flexible and fast prototyping or low-volume assembly.

Soldering & Assembly

Precision soldering for every application

We operate 12 dedicated soldering workstations equipped with modern stations for:

  • traditional
  • hot-air
  • and SMD soldering (Surface Mount Devices).

Each method is selected based on component type, customer specifications and target application.

We solder copper (stranded) and aramid-reinforced (Kevlar) wires, ensuring long-term mechanical durability and reliable conductivity.

All soldering materials comply with RoHS and REACH directives, ensuring environmental responsibility and safe product integration. Soldering is a key part of our manual and semi-automated cable assembly process — for both prototypes and full production runs.

Cable Marking & Product Customization

Your logo. Your cable. Our technology.

We offer durable direct cable marking for diameters starting at 1.9 mm, using abrasion-resistant and chemical-resistant print technologies. Markings may include serial numbers, technical IDs, customer logos or custom symbols.

We also provide comprehensive product customization, including:

  • dedicated labels, tags and color-coded markers
  • mold inserts with customer logos for overmolded components — based on a provided design or 3D model

Materials We Use

Components tailored to application, environment and industry standards

Material selection is a key aspect of our cable and connector production — from electrical performance to mechanical properties and regulatory compliance. Each component is carefully chosen to meet the specific requirements of the project and end-use environment.

Cables and Conductors
We work with copper conductors (stranded, fine-wire), Kevlar-reinforced cables, and fiber optics.
For custom projects, we provide full cable design flexibility, including:

  • conductor type and cross-section
  • insulation material and wall thickness
  • shielding methods
  • fillers and outer jackets for environmental protection

Pins and Terminals
We use a wide range of crimped and gold-plated pins, optimized for various connection types and performance classes.
Thanks to a broad supplier network, we can match pin design to the electrical and mechanical demands of your application — from basic terminations to high-cycle mating connectors.

Overmolding Plastics
For connector housings and strain reliefs, we process technical polymers with diverse properties, including:

  • medical-grade plastics compliant with ISO 10993-5 / -10
  • self-extinguishing materials conforming to UL 94 V0
  • customizable hardness, impact resistance, thermal performance and color

We also support two-stage overmolding (inner core + outer shell), ideal for added durability or branding.

Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs)
For connector-integrated electronics, we design and prototype custom PCBs compliant with IPC-A-610 Class 2.
High-volume production is handled by trusted subcontractors, ensuring repeatability, traceability and process control.
